Primary Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations
- Prepare recruiter-wise and client-wise daily line-up reports.
- Collect recruiter updates and prepare consolidated daily MIS.
- Maintain CV submission tracker.
- Track interview status and candidate feedback.
- Maintain daily Joiner and Drop-out reports.
- Coordinate with recruiters for pending updates.
- Ensure data accuracy across all trackers.
Database Management
- Update candidate database daily.
- Maintain internal client mapping using company nomenclature.
- Remove duplicate records.
- Ensure database hygiene.
Business Support
- Conduct survey calls for new business discovery projects.
- Maintain vendor database for Quick Mart.
- Prepare reports from survey findings.
- Coordinate documentation.
