Role Purpose

- Own the smooth day-to-day functioning of internal HR operations and employee lifecycle for Stratefix.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage joining, onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Handle the employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Manage attendance, leave and HRMS.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Manage PF, ESIC and other HR compliances.
- Coordinate probation, confirmation, increments and employee changes.
- Handle routine employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate resignations, exits and F&F.;
- Maintain monthly HR MIS and key employee data.
- Govern day-to-day office administration through the assigned Admin team.
- Support execution of PMS and other HR initiatives as required.
- Use AI and automation to simplify repetitive HR processes.

What We’re Looking For:





- 4–7 years of HR Operations / Generalist HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, HRMS and employee lifecycle.
- Comfortable independently handling HR operations for a 100+ employee organisation.
- Strong execution, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee handling.
- Comfortable adopting technology and AI.

Success in This Role:

- HR operations should run accurately and on time, with routine matters handled independently and only exceptions requiring escalation to the Director – HR.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
