Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, bank, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

2. Supervise accounts payable and receivable, vendor/customer reconciliations, and ensure timely processing of payments and collections.

3. Oversee inventory and stock accounting, including raw materials, finished goods, scrap, and monthly stock reconciliation with Stores and Production departments.

4. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements by coordinating with consultants and auditors.

5. Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cost analysis, budget reports, and support management in financial decision-making.

6. Handle bank reconciliations, banking transactions,



and coordinate with banks for day-to-day financial activities.

7. Support internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits by maintaining proper documentation and resolving audit observations.

8. Lead and guide the Accounts team, ensure adherence to accounting policies, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate effectively with Purchase, Stores, Production, HR, and Management.
