Job Title: Liability Sales Reinsurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic insurance skilled to lead our Financial and Casualty Lines Business Vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in approaching large clients, canvassing for business, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Business Development:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with large clients, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.

2. *Team Management:* Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets.

3. *Product Development:* Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch new financial and casualty insurance products that meet the needs of large clients.

4. *Risk Management:* Ensure that all business transactions are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

5. *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with large clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they remain satisfied with our services.

*Market Research:* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

7. *Financial Management:* Manage the financial performance of the Financial and Casualty Lines Business Vertical, ensuring that revenue targets are met and that expenses are controlled.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. *Qualifications:* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., commerce, business administration, insurance).

2. *Experience:* Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Financial and Casualty Lines Business.

3. *Skills:*

1. Strong business development and sales skills.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

3. Proven leadership and team management skills.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

5. Good knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends.

4. *Certifications:* Professional certifications such as FIII, ACII, FCII, or equivalent would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
