We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in security systems and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, and other security equipment according to project specifications and industry standards.

2. Conducting routine maintenance checks and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

3. Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with CCTV, fire alarm systems, and related hardware/software components.

4. Responding promptly to client service requests and providing effective solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.

5. Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical support during pre-sales consultations and project planning.

6. Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.

7. Documenting service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, accurately and comprehensively.

8. Keeping abreast of advancements in security technology and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery and technical expertise.

9. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site to ensure the protection of personnel and property.

10. Maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanor at all times,



representing Pixeltech Security Pvt Ltd positively in client interactions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (X years) working as a service engineer or technician in the security systems industry, with a focus on CCTV and fire alarm systems.

3. Strong technical proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting security equipment and software.

4. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols related to security systems (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

6. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a dynamic and quick-paced environment.

9. Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

10. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, manufacturer-specific certifications) preferred.
