Key Responsibilities

- Perform aesthetic treatments including Laser Hair Reduction (LHR), HydraFacial, Medi-Facials, Chemical Peels, Carbon Peel, Microneedling, RF, and HIFU as per clinic protocols.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments under the guidance of the Aesthetic Physician/Dermatologist.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, pre- and post-treatment care, and skincare routines.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and hygiene of aesthetic machines and equipment.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures when required.
- Promote skincare products and treatment packages to support client outcomes.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high client satisfaction.




- Coordinate with doctors, front office, and sales teams for smooth patient management.

Requirements

- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Skin Therapist in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.
- Hands-on experience with Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) and advanced skin treatments.
- Valuable understanding of skin types, treatment protocols, and machine operations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
