Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Interior Designer specializing in modular kitchens. The ideal candidate will transform client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create detailed 2D layouts and photorealistic 3D renders for kitchens and wardrobes using AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Client Management: Meet clients to understand needs, suggest materials/finishes (Acrylic, PU, Glass), and present design concepts.
- Technical Detailing: Ensure designs follow ergonomic standards ("Golden Triangle") and are technically feasible for manufacturing.
- BOQ & Estimation: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ),
cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Factory Coordination: Prepare GFC (Good For Construction) production drawings and coordinate with the factory/installation team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in modular kitchen or furniture design.
- Software Proficiency: Strong AutoCAD and 3D visualization skills (SketchUp/3ds Max/V-Ray/Pytha).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modular hardware (Blum, Hettich), materials, and assembly processes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for client handling and site coordination.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or relevant field.
