- Design precast RCC products including U-Shape Drains, Box Culverts, Retaining Walls, and Drain Covers.
- Perform structural analysis and design as per IS Codes.
- Prepare design calculations and reinforcement details.
- Coordinate with CAD, Production, QA/QC, and Project teams.
- Review drawings and provide technical support during manufacturing.
- Optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Structural preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in structural design of RCC or precast structures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAFE.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and reinforcement detailing.
