- Position: Digital Marketing Strategist - Remote permenant
- Experience: 7+ Years

- Salary: Up to ₹55,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)
- Payroll Company: TBCS India
- Shift: Canadian Day Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Preferred: Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for international clients.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Review campaign setup, targeting, tracking, creatives, and landing pages.
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead client meetings and present campaign performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content writers, and paid media teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking
- Google Merchant Center
- Looker Studio (preferred)
- Experience working with international clients (Canada, USA, UK, or Australia).
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

Mandatory Requirements
