Job Description

We are looking for an estate manager to spearhead the operations and upkeep of the campus land and building, Facility Management and Operational services.

Respnsibilities

Frequent Meet with the campus director to execute the plans & events.

Monitor the day-to-day operations, Supervising all ground and house staffs, providing training, Collect day-to-day feedback and performance reviews.

Ensure all types of maintenance, repairs,



and renovations to buildings and campus grounds - Great leadership and management abilities.

Applying of current strategic plans, following of university policies, rules and regulations, laws, statutes, government Liaisoning, compliance & statutory handling.

Auditing of repairs and maintenance, Estate Management, Safety Management and other administrative related services. T

his role demands leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury property management of the whole campus.
