Job Summary

COHESIVE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of turnkey interior & construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to drawings and quality standards, monitoring project progress, and maintaining safety and execution timelines.

The Site Engineer will act as the on-site representative of COHESIVE, working closely with the Project Manager, architects, designers, vendors,



and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within quality standards, and on schedule. The role requires robust technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to resolve site-related challenges while maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Educational Qualification (BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering)
- Technical Skills (AUTOCAD & Excel)
- Soft Skills ( English, Hindi, Tamil )
