Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong communication skills and exposure to international business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes, handling invoicing, and supporting global financial activities with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes including preparation, validation, and timely dispatch
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable with accuracy and compliance
- Process and manage international transactions while ensuring adherence to global financial standards
- Coordinate with international clients and internal teams for financial documentation and queries
- Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies
- Perform account reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global coordination
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and invoicing systems
- Experience with international business operations and cross-border transactions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to international clients or global markets
- Experience in finance operations within IT or services industry
