Roles and Responsibility:

The Showroom Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the sales team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving business targets.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom revenue.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualification:

- Jewellery industry experience must
- Textile industry exp preffered
- Accommodation provided
