We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our organization's courses and services while building strong relationships with educational institutions and prospective customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be willing to travel extensively for field sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the organization's courses and services through direct field sales activities.
- Visit schools, colleges, commercial establishments, public venues, and other target locations to generate enquiries and business opportunities.
- Identify prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and convert them into admissions/sales.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with educational institutions and business partners.
- Conduct presentations, awareness sessions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the organization's growth.
- Submit daily field visit reports, lead updates, and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure effective lead follow-up and customer engagement.
- Represent the organization professionally while maintaining high standards of ethics and customer service.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for field sales and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and promotional activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Previous experience in field sales, marketing, education, or business development is an added advantage.
- Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
