Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify current business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Drive branding, promotional campaigns, and participation in industry events/exhibitions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales & marketing within the power/energy/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of cables, conductors, or related products preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver measurable results.

Compensation:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
