Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company services/products to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
