Operational Administrators serve as the central coordination node of the RapidVaidya hub, managing real-time logistics and clinical workflows. They operate the proprietary cloud dispatch software to receive incoming orders, assign localized bike-mounted nurses to ensure arrival within the target 10-minute window, and coordinate with on-duty physicians at partner hospitals.
Administrators must also assign delivery executives to partner pharmacies for prescription fulfilment, manage operational schedules to prevent service bottlenecks, and maintain strict data privacy compliance under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
