Position: Store & Dispatch Supervisor

Department: Store & Warehouse

Reporting to: Factory Manager / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory of Aluform raw material sections, accessories, bolts, pins, and small parts
- Maintain inward and outward records of all materials
- Track materials received from vendor and issued to client.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and labeling of Aluform components
- Maintain stock register (manual/Excel)
- Coordinate with production, site team, and transport
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Identify damaged or missing materials and report
- Maintain minimum stock levels of consumables and raw material
- Ensure safe handling of heavy materials
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 12th / Graduate
- 1–3 years experience in mivan construction site/factory store (preferred)
- Basic Excel & computer knowledge
- Knowledge of material handling and inventory
- Good coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
