Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching for voice processes
- Identify improvement areas in speech clarity, tone, and accent
- Conduct call audits and give actionable feedback
- Support agents in improving customer communication skills
- Track progress and maintain coaching reports
