Job Title: Operations Manager (Pre-school Division)

Location: Thane (Candidates living in Thane preferred)

Mobility Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Job Timings: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, highly mobile Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations across our 6 preschool branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining school standards, managing administration, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between the branches and the central management.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Branch Management: Oversee the daily administrative and operational functioning of all 6 preschool branches.
- Branch Visits: Travel frequently between branches (using own bike) to conduct audits, check infrastructure, and ensure brand compliance.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Handle vendors, procure school supplies (stationery, uniforms, kits), and manage repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Team Coordination: Supervise non-academic staff (maids, security, drivers, admin executives)



and ensure smooth coordination across centers.
- Safety & Security Compliance: Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, child safety, and security protocols are strictly followed at all locations.
- Reporting: Act as the bridge between center heads and senior management, providing regular updates on operational challenges and requirements.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, facility management, or multi-unit administration (experience in the education or preschool sector is a big plus).
- Location & Travel: Must reside in Thane and be willing to travel daily across branches. Owning a bike is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to handle emergencies calmly.
- Communication: Positive command over English and local languages (Hindi/Marathi) to interact with management, parents, vendors, and ground staff.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
