Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in the EdTech industry (Mandatory).
- Proven leadership/team handling experience in a Performance Marketing role.
- Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation and maximize campaign ROI.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Work closely with the creative and sales teams to achieve business goals.
