Hiring for Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
- Explain villa projects, pricing, offers, and features clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team follow-up
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Update CRM with call details, feedback, and lead status
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with sales team for conversions
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate preferred)
- Solid communication and convincing skills (Tamil & English required)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
