Role Summary: Define and implement AI-powered CRM solutions leveraging SalesforceAgentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, GenAI, and enterprise AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Architect and implement Salesforce AI solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Generative AI technologies.
· Define reusable AI patterns, governance models, and reference architectures across business units.
· Design intelligent agent, copilots, automation, and conversational AI solutions to improve commercial operations.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases.
· Establish integration architecture between Salesforce, Databricks, enterprise data platforms, and LLM ecosystems.
· Lead innovation workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations of emerging AI technologies.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
