Sales Executive – Maruti Suzuki Arena & Nexa

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with walk-in customers at the showroom and explain Maruti Suzuki Arena/Nexa car models, features, pricing, and finance options

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features

- Follow up on customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction scores

- Handle documentation for booking, loan processing, and vehicle delivery

- Coordinate with the back-end team for RTO, insurance, and accessories

- Generate leads through field activities, events, and referrals

Eligibility:





- Education: Any Degree

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Skills: Good communication in Tamil & English, customer handling skills, basic computer knowledge, two-wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred
