Job Title: Tally Executive

Job Summary:
A Tally Executive is responsible for maintaining accounts, recording financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, preparing reports, handling invoices, and ensuring accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist in GST return filing.
- Generate financial reports such as ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet.
- Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP.

Educational Qualification:





- B.Com / M.Com / BMS / Commerce Graduate.
- Tally certification preferred.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary Range (India):

- ₹10,000-15,000 per month

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
