As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding the existing data landscape and collaborating to design and develop models that accurately represent both current and future data requirements. This position requires continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data structures align with business needs and support application development effectively, fostering a seamless flow of information across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Experience with database design and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
- Skilled in using data modeling tools and software to create and maintain models.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
