We are seeking a agile and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee and enhance the academic operations of our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher coordination, academic scheduling, and ensuring effective teaching-learning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with teachers to implement and monitor academic plans
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus as per the academic calendar
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
- Supervise lesson planning, assessments, and teaching methodologies
- Maintain academic records and analyze student performance data
- Collaborate with management to implement academic policies and improvements
- Facilitate parent-teacher interactions and address academic concerns
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in teaching or academic coordination and counseling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools
- Proficient in MS Office and academic management systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
