Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert prospective clients into customers within the assigned territory.
- Meet potential clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry to successful closure.
- Follow up with company-generated leads and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients across assigned projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely project updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Eligibility:

- Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales or a related sales role
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Candidates must have a reliable commute to Delhi or be willing to relocate before joining
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
