Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Designer to join the Creative Design Team within the Global Response Team (Presales). The role will support development of presentations, proposals, RFX responses, executive decks, client presentations, orals, CXO meeting materials, and other business communication artifacts for strategic pursuits and presales initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong presentation design, business communication design, branding, and formatting capabilities, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting multiple concurrent requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and enhance RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, orals, executive decks, client-facing materials, and leadership/CXO communication artifacts.

- Translate business solution, and technical content into explicit, compelling, high-quality, and professionally structured deliverables aligned to stakeholder objectives.

- Ensure adherence to branding guidelines, formatting standards, templates, and proposal/presentation quality expectations.

- Collaborate with bid managers, proposal writers, presales stakeholders,



and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver quality outputs on time.

- Manage multiple design requests while maintaining quality, responsiveness, attention to detail, and delivery timelines.

- Contribute to reusable templates, design standards, and knowledge assets supporting proposal and presales activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in presentation design, proposal design, corporate communication, IT services, creative services.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides/Docs), Ms-PowerPoint, Ms-Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong attention to detail, business communication, stakeholder collaboration, multitasking, creativity, and learning agility.

- Experience supporting presales, proposals, consulting, technology services, or corporate communication environments preferred.
