About the Role

Advance Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab Center is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our qualified referral network and strengthen the clinic's presence within the healthcare and fitness community.

The ideal candidate will build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, fitness organizations, sports institutions, and corporate clients to generate patient referrals and business opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen the clinic's referral network by connecting with orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, hospitals, diagnostic centres, gyms, sports academies, fitness centres, and corporate organizations.
- Promote the clinic's physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation services through regular field visits and professional meetings.
- Develop long-term relationships with referral partners to generate patient referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
- Organize health camps, corporate wellness programs, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Represent the clinic professionally and enhance brand visibility in the healthcare and fitness community.
- Maintain records of daily visits, follow-ups, and referral activities,



and submit periodic progress reports.
- Work closely with the clinic team to achieve business growth and referral targets.

Reporting

- Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, referrals, and follow-up activities.
- Submit weekly reports on outreach activities, new partnerships, and referral outcomes.
- Track referral performance and suggest strategies to improve clinic growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting healthcare professionals, business owners, and corporate representatives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, medical representative (MR), clinic marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Work Schedule

- Part-Time (3–4 hours/day)
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible working hours

Compensation

- Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
- Attractive performance-based incentives for referral generation and business development achievements after 8months.
