Role Overview

Seeking a skilled SWIFT Support Engineer to manage and support SWIFT financial‑messaging systems including SAA, SAG, SNL, AWP, HSM, MGW, and SWIFT APIs. The ideal candidate will handle daily message operations, troubleshoot FIN and ISO 20022 flows, maintain secure connectivity, and ensure compliance with SWIFT CSP and SR releases.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support SAA message queues, routing, and workflow operations

Maintain SAG, SNL, MGW, AWP, and HSM components

Troubleshoot FIN (MT) and ISO 20022 (MX) message issues (PACS, CAMT, PAIN, CBPR+)

Manage RMA, certificates, LSO/RSO roles, and PKI security

Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and DR/BCP activities

Support SWIFT API integrations (FINplus, GPI, Case Management APIs)

Install, upgrade, and patch SWIFT infrastructure components





Required Skills

Hands‑on experience with SAA, SAG, SNL, AWP, HSM, MGW

Strong knowledge of FIN (MT) and ISO 20022 (MX) messages

Understanding of SWIFT CSP, PKI, certificates, and secure channels

Experience with Linux/Windows servers and networking

Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

Required Certifications

SWIFT Certified Specialist

SWIFT Certified Assessor

SWIFT Certified Expert – ISO 20022

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2–5 years of experience in SWIFT operations or financial messaging support
