About the Role
Effilearn is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to help students discover the right career opportunities through our industry-focused programs. If you're confident in communication, enjoy sales, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to prospective students.
- Qualify leads, counsel students, and convert them into enrollments.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Meet assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Attend meetings,
seminars, or official field visits whenever required.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or EdTech is an added advantage.
