Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally and be well-versed with GST filing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records in Tally on a daily basis
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial data and compliance
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and accurate record-keeping
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally
- Robust knowledge of GST filing and compliance
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling audits
- Knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliances
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
