We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
