MasonMart is a digital construction material delivery platform operating across Mumbai. We sell construction materials through our website and enable customers to place orders via a centralised, technology-driven supply chain.
Role Objective
The objective of this role is to expand MasonMart’s channel partner network by onboarding tile shops, hardware stores, and dealers and enabling them to actively generate business through contractor and architect referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard tile shops, hardware stores, and dealers as MasonMart channel partners
- Explain MasonMart’s platform, commission structure, and benefits to partners
- Train channel partners on how to generate and pass leads/orders
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners
- Support partners during initial transactions and activation phases
- Understand channel partner behaviour and address adoption challenges
- Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams for smooth execution
- Maintain basic reporting on onboardings and partner activity
- Act as the single point of contact for onboarded partners for order placement and basic operational queries
- This role does not involve price negotiation, discounting, or inventory handling. All pricing and fulfilment are managed by MasonMart.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in construction materials is required.
- Should have good knowledge of the areas across Delhi and NCR.
- Comfortable with field visits, meeting partners, and making follow-up calls.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to build relationships.
- Organised, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic comfort using mobile apps or digital platforms for order tracking and communication.
