Job Description – Junior MEP Engineer

Position: Junior MEP Engineer
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in MEP Projects
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Junior MEP Engineer to support our project execution activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, project coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning. The role involves supervising site activities and ensuring projects are completed as per quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of MEP project activities.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP works.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.




- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures.
- Maintain project documentation and support project handover activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project execution.
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP services.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP projects.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or building projects preferred.
- Knowledge of site supervision and contractor management.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
