Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present products/services and explain their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.




- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
