Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – 2 Wheeler Automobile Sector

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our 2 Wheeler Automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer relationship management within the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing customer feedback, improving retention, and supporting overall customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales and service lifecycle.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Spare Parts departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor follow-up activities for vehicle sales, service reminders, insurance renewals, and periodic maintenance.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software records.
- Generate customer retention and loyalty programs to improve repeat business.




- Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company CRM policies and manufacturer standards.
- Train and guide customer care executives on customer handling and CRM processes.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM/Customer Relations in the Automobile Industry (2 Wheeler experience preferred).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer grievances professionally and efficiently.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Experience in dealership operations.
- Strong team management and coordination abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
