About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Simulation Engineer to solve complex engineering challenges involving structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial and open-source simulation tools, advanced engineering analysis, and Python automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic simulations.
- Develop and validate engineering reference solutions.
- Review simulation models for accuracy, convergence, and code compliance.
- Solve complex real-world engineering problems using commercial and open-source solvers.
- Validate engineering results using analytical calculations where applicable.
- Automate engineering workflows using Python.
- Prepare technical documentation with assumptions, calculations, and engineering recommendations.

Required Qualifications

- PhD in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on simulation and engineering analysis experience
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, finite element analysis, soil mechanics,



hydraulics, and earthquake engineering
- Experience using both commercial and open-source engineering software
- Strong Python scripting skills
- Excellent analytical and technical communication skills
