We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Scrub Technician / OT Technician to join our team.

Eligibility:

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Orthopedic, Trauma, Arthroscopy, or Joint Replacement surgeries will be preferred.
- Freshers possessing academic knowledge of Operation Theatre procedures, surgical instruments, orthopedic implants, sterilization methods, and infection control protocols are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist surgeons during orthopedic surgeries.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile operation theatre.
- Handle surgical instruments, implants.
- Ensure smooth coordination with surgeons and OT staff.




- Maintain OT protocols and infection control standards.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of orthopedic surgical instruments and implants.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to emergency cases.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals, if required.
