Position: Chemical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineer to join our Polymer/Foam manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of chemical testing, quality control, process optimization, and polymer/foam manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct chemical testing and quality analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor and optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
- Support R&D; and process improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (Master's Degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of chemical testing and laboratory procedures.




- Knowledge of polymer and foam manufacturing processes.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in chemical testing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the Polymer/Foam Industry.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of PU Foam, Polymer Chemistry, and Quality Control.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing methods.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and industrial safety practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
