We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team. If you have a passion for accounting, enjoy working with numbers, and have hands-on experience with Tally, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Generate reports and MIS using Tally and MS Excel.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments on account-related matters.
- Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
