Job Description – Accountant

Objective:

Assist in managing finances at Anju Motors with a focus on learning and utilizing Tally for accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:

- Learn and support the recording of daily transactions.

- Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.

Tally Software Learning:

- Receive training to use Tally software for maintaining financial records.

- Seek guidance for troubleshooting Tally software issues.

Financial Reporting:

- Participate in the preparation of financial statements under supervision.

Compliance

- Learn and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in basic budget preparation and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Freshers Welcome).

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Skills:

- Willingness to learn Tally and MS Office.

- Detail-oriented with organizational skills.

- Team player with positive communication skills.
