Job Summary Fundtrack Research is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a keen interest in stock markets and financial services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, promoting financial products, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the stock market domain.
- Acquire new clients for trading accounts, advisory services, and financial products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
- Explain stock market concepts, trading platforms, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify leads and current trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce,



or a related field.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in stock markets and trading.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of financial products such as equities and derivatives.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- NISM certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in broking firms, financial services, or sales roles.
