We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselor to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study abroad goals, providing initial guidance, qualifying leads, scheduling counseling sessions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students who have inquired through the website, social media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to student inquiries professionally.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, budget, and preferred destination.
- Explain study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, visa processes, and available services.
- Schedule appointments with Senior Counselors.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly admission targets.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with counselors and admissions teams for smooth lead handover.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Admission Counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the Education or Study Abroad industry is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of international education systems.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and email communication.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
