Minimum 1 year of experience as a Billing Executive, Cashier, or POS Operator in a restaurant, café, hotel, or food service establishment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage the restaurant's billing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate customer billing, handling cash and digital payments, reconciling daily collections, and ensuring smooth front-desk billing operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate customer bills accurately using the restaurant POS system (Petpooja experience preferred).
- Verify Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) before billing.
- Process payments through cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods.
- Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery billing.
- Maintain the cash counter and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Perform shift-wise and day-end reconciliation of cash, card, and digital payments.
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
- Process refunds, cancellations, discounts,



and complimentary bills with proper authorization.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records and support audit requirements.
- Provide courteous and qualified customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Management.

Qualifications

- Plus Two, Diploma, B.Com, BBA, or any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant billing or cashier operations.

Required Skills

- Experience using restaurant POS software (Petpooja preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
- Familiarity with UPI, card machines, and digital payment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and company standards.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
