We are looking for a Quality & Testing Engineer with strong expertise in quality assurance, testing, and process control for gensets, acoustic enclosures, and industrial equipment manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process & final quality inspections
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, CPCB & industry quality standards
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA implementation
- Handle genset performance testing & acoustic/noise level assessments
- Support continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma & Kaizen initiatives
- Maintain quality documentation, test reports & audit records
- Coordinate with suppliers,
production & R&D; teams for quality improvements
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Six Sigma
- Experience in quality inspection tools & measurement instruments
- Solid analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of defect tracking & process improvement
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication & soundproofing materials
- Familiarity with CPCB noise regulations & vibration testing
- Exposure to industrial equipment / genset manufacturing environments
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
