Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Manager to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of proven experience in human resource management, with a strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage employees effectively. The role requires a proactive approach in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring employee satisfaction, performance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, training, and development to retention and separation.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees based on their roles, skills, and business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide coaching and guidance where necessary.
- Manage and process employee payroll and salaries accurately and on time.




- Resolve workplace conflicts and handle employee grievances in a fair and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct periodic performance appraisals and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR initiatives support company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR management or similar leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in diverse situations.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
