Job Summary

Full Power Media Private Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Backend Executive / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers through multiple channels, and efficiently manage backend operations while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Zoom from inquiry to resolution.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer support and backend operations.
- Manage backend administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain service quality standards.
- Support the team with operational and coordination activities as required.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Good problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, patience, and robust organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Backend Operations, Backend Executive, CRM, or Client Coordination.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
