- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
- Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues in cloud environments.
- Ability to monitor and maintain high availability and performance of cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
